The Czech National Bank wishes to warn the public that an entity acting under the B&B PROFIT business name, which offers investment opportunities to the public, does not hold a licence to provide investment services, nor does it hold any other authorisation to operate on the Czech financial market. Any investment is not insured by law or otherwise protected.

In addition, the CNB wishes to point out that B&B PROFIT uses a false “verification document” regarding the safety of the investment when communicating with potential clients, using the name of the CNB and the name of one of its employees. The CNB does not issue such verification documents. By using a false verification document, B&B PROFIT is merely attempting to create investor confidence and mislead investors regarding the safety of the investment.
