Bureaux de change

The Foreign Exchange Act mainly governs the activities of so-called foreign exchange entities carrying out cash bureau-de-change activities (non-cash exchange is governed by the Payment System Act). In addition, this act imposes some obligations on residents and non-residents.

Further practical information, for example regarding licensing and approval proceedings and the information duty to the CNB, is available on separate pages.
