List of investment funds - explanatory notes

RIAD_CODE – the EU’s unique entity identification code (comprising the code of the country of residence of the entity and the entity identification code used by the CNB),

COUNTRY – the code of the country of residence of the entity,

ID – the entity identification code used by the CNB,

ID_RES – the entity identification code in the CZSO’s Business Register (RES),

LEI – the unique 20-digit international Legal Entity Identifier,

NAME – the name of the entity,

STREET_CITY_POSTAL CODE – the address of the entity including the postcode,

CATEGORY – the type of the investment fund according to its investment strategy (equity, bond, real estate, mixed, other),

VARIABILITY_OF_CAPITAL – the type of the investment fund. Investment funds can be set up as open- or closed-ended,

STRUCTURE_1 - information whether the fund is compliant with the requirements of the UCITS directive,

STRUCTURE_2 – the sub-type of the collective investment fund according to its legal form. It can be an incorporated joint-stock company or an unincorporated mutual fund,

SUB-FUND – information whether the fund is a sub-fund,

ISIN – ISIN or other identifier of the security issued by the fund if assigned,

REPORT – information whether the entity is subject to the full reporting requirements or is exempted (TRUE – subject to full reporting, FALSE – exempted),

MANAGER –the registered name of the management company or the autonomous investment fund.
