On 21 October 2025 the Czech National Bank is issuing the tenth gold coin from the Municipal Heritage Sites cycle. It features the town of Tábor. The coin is minted from 999.9 purity gold and is issued in two versions, normal quality and proof quality, which differ in surface treatment and edge marking. Proof-quality coins have a highly polished field, a matt relief and a plain edge. Normal quality coins have milled edges. The coin is 28 mm in diameter, weighs 15.55 g and is 1.85 mm thick. Deviations in diameter of 0.1 mm and thickness of 0.15 mm are allowed. Upward deviations in weight of 0.062 g and in gold content of 0.01% are allowed.

The obverse side of the coin features sgraffito plasterwork in the background. The heraldic animals from the large national coat-of-arms – the Czech lion at the top, the Moravian eagle in the middle and the Silesian eagle at the bottom – are situated in the centre of the coin. The denomination and abbreviated monetary unit “5000 Kč” are above the heraldic animals. The lower part of the coin depicts parts of Ctibor House and Škoch House. The text “MĚSTSKÉ PAMÁTKOVÉ REZERVACE ČESKÁ REPUBLIKA” and the mark of the Czech Mint, in the form of the letters “Č” and “M”, are located around the upper edge of the coin. The reverse side of the coin features sgraffito plasterwork in its upper part, with a letter “T” containing the text “MĚSTO TÁBOR” in the centre and two burgher houses to its right. The lower part of the coin features the Old Town Hall, whose tower extends into the upper left part of the coin. The year of mintage “2025” is situated to the left of the Town Hall. The initials of the co-designer of the coin Tereza Vlčková, made up of the letters “V” and “T”, are located at the left edge of the coin. The initials of the co-designer of the coin Josef Oplištil, made up of the letters “J” and “O”, are below the year of mintage.

Each coin comes with a red catalogue card containing a description and the relief of the coin.
