In accordance with Article 94 of Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (the MiCA Regulation), the Czech National Bank is publishing information (a notice) that APF DIGITAL AGRIFUND CR s. r. o., the issuer of the publicly offered APFC token, having its registered office at Pražákova 1008/69, Štýřice, 639 00 Brno, has not yet complied with all the regulatory requirements laid down in the MiCA Regulation so that it could offer the APFC token to the public, as the Czech National Bank has not yet received all the necessary documents and materials required by the Regulation.
