Division of responsibilities among CNB Bank Board members

The Bank Board met in its new line-up for the first time on 16 February 2023. At its first meeting, it approved, among other things, a new division of responsibilities of its members for overseeing the Czech National Bank’s departments.

The Bank Board manages the CNB’s organisational units as a collective body. As part of their responsibilities, the executive directors of departments report to the Bank Board about the management of the areas of competence delegated to them.
