The CNB comments on the November 2002 inflation figures

9.12.2002

Consumer prices in November deviated downwards from the October prediction of the central bank. The low price growth results from the continuing external cost effects and the excess supply in some food commodities and also in other commodity groups. This trend was curbed by the usual slight seasonal increase in a number of price groups.
