Research Cooperation Programme for Students

The Czech National Bank provides university students in the Czech Republic with access to selected non-public data for research and thesis projects.

The programme is also open to projects using artificial intelligence and modern data methods, from proof of concept to a working prototype.

What We Offer

• Access to detailed non-public CNB data for your own research
• A CNB expert who provides guidance throughout the project
• The opportunity to publish your results in the CNB’s publication series

Who Can Apply?

The programme is primarily intended for students of a Master’s programme and for PhD students. Academic supervision by a thesis supervisor is required. The data access agreement is concluded between the CNB and the university or research institution, which must meet the programme requirements.

The programme does not provide financial support and is not a paid internship.
