Ceremonial presentation of the Plzeň gold coin

On 26 May 2026, the Czech National Bank ceremonially presented a CZK 5,000 gold coin featuring the city of Plzeň. The issuing ceremony, held in the Masné krámy exhibition hall of the Gallery of West Bohemia in Plzeň, was attended by CNB Bank Board member Karina Kubelková, Governor of the Plzeň Region Kamal Farhan, Mayor of Plzeň Roman Zarzycký and other guests.
