The Czech National Bank wishes to warn the public that Czech Republic Financial Conduct Authority (CFCA), which is offering payment services at https://cfca-gov.com/index.html, is not an official Czech public institution or an existing legal entity registered in the Czech Republic.
Financial market supervision in the Czech Republic and the functioning and integrity of the financial system in the Czech Republic are entrusted to the Czech National Bank. The Financial Arbitrator is another legitimate institution, which may be able to help consumers resolve their disputes with financial institutions (in out-of-court proceedings, free of charge).
The Czech National Bank thus recommends that the public not respond to any offers from this entity.
