As of the date of publication of this notice, the platform operator did not hold any authorization granted by the Czech National Bank (ČNB). According to information published on the platform, the alleged operator of the platform is a company named “Z.D. Maleč A.S.” No such company exists (see the Commercial Register (external link)). The platform operator is misusing the name of the small-scale payment service provider Zemědělské družstvo Maleč. The platform operator is providing false information claiming that it holds a license from the Czech National Bank to provide payment services.
