Links to credit union websites that contain regulatory disclosures and a link to the EBA single access point for the centralised disclosure of information

An overview of links to the credit union websites, containing regulatory disclosures pursuant to Decree No. 123/2007 Coll. (until 31 December 2013) and Decree No. 23/2014 Coll. (until 6 August 2014), and pursuant to Decree No. 163/2014 Coll. (until 30 June 2025) and pursuant to Act No. 87/1995 Coll., as well as Part Eight of Regulation (EU) No. 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council (CRR) (at least until the reference date on which this information was first disclosed through the single access point of the European Banking Authority (EBA) -  the Pillar 3 Data Hub).

With effect from 1 July 2025, Part Five of Decree No. 163/2014 Coll. and Annexes 10 and 13 to that Decree were repealed. The Annexe 10 to that Decree set out the requirements for the disclosure of information pursuant to Section 7b(1) of the Credit union Act. Disclosing entities are not prevented from disclosing  information under these provisions of the Credit union Act at their discretion.

In January 2026, the EBA launched the Pillar 3 Data HUB, an online platform for the centralised disclosure of information under Part Eight of the CRR by institutions that are not classified as small and non-complex institutions and are required to disclose such information in accordance with the relevant provisions of the CRR, in particular Articles 6 and 13. Credit unions falling within this category submit the required disclosures to the EBA in accordance with Article 434(1) to (3) of the CRR and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/722 (external link), which amended the implementing technical standards laid down in Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3172. The information must be submitted in the prescribed electronic format for publication by the EBA through the Pillar 3 Data HUB. The EBA will subsequently extend the Pillar 3 Data HUB to facilitate the centralised disclosure of information under Part Eight of the CRR by small and non-complex institutions, in accordance with Article 434(4) of the CRR.

Institutions for which the Pillar 3 Data HUB has not yet become operational, continue to publish disclosures under Part Eight of the CRR on their websites. Institutions for which the Pillar 3 Data HUB has already become operational should keep this information available on their websites for periods preceding the reference date on which this information was first disclosed through the Pillar 3 Data HUB and may thereafter provide on their websites a link to the Pillar 3 Data HUB on the EBA’s website. Alternatively, they may continue to publish the relevant disclosures on their own websites while simultaneously disclosing them through the Pillar 3 Data HUB.
