The Czech National Bank ranks among Prague’s top employers
The Czech National Bank placed second in the Pluxee Employer of the Year 2026 competition in the category for organisations with up to 5,000 employees in Prague. The award confirms the CNB’s long-standing emphasis on employee wellbeing and on creating an environment that combines a high level of expertise, opportunities for professional growth, collaboration and involvement in innovative projects.
The Pluxee Employer of the Year competition is one of the most prestigious awards in the field of human resources management in the Czech Republic. “The award demonstrates that even in the highly specialised environment of central banking, it is possible to create, over the long term, a workplace where people have room to grow professionally, seek innovative solutions and develop their knowledge and experience.
