Development of corporate culture at the Czech National Bank in 2009–2011

The Czech National Bank has prepared a three-year educational project for its employees, called “Development of corporate culture and soft skills”. The project is funded by the European Social Fund under Operational Programme Prague – Adaptability.

The programme will enable selected CNB employees to participate in educational courses focused on the development of corporate culture and soft skills. The courses will include practical training in communication, presentation, teamwork, time management and coping with crisis situations. The participants will also receive support in the areas of shaping corporate culture and leadership.
