Attendance of Vice-Governor Singer at Wednesday’s monetary policy meeting of CNB Bank Board is uncertain

On Wednesday 19 December, CNB Vice-Governor Miroslav Singer is to attend a meeting of the Czech Government which will discuss the document entitled “Assessment of the Fulfilment of the Maastricht Convergence Criteria and the Degree of Economic Alignment of the Czech Republic with the Euro Area”, submitted by the Minister of Finance and the CNB Governor. It is therefore uncertain whether Vice-Governor Singer will participate in the Bank Board’s monetary policy decision-making scheduled for the same day.
