Daniel Krejčí appointed new director of the CNB’s Risk Management Division

The CNB Bank Board has decided to appoint Daniel Krejčí as Director of the Risk Management Division of the Risk Management and Transactions Support Department at the Czech National Bank’s headquarters with effect from 1 November 2007.

Daniel Krejčí (35) graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the University of Economics, Prague, and the Institute of Economic Studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Charles University. Before he joined the CNB, he was employed at ČSOB as director of interest rate and commodity derivatives trading for clients. He has attended numerous seminars in the Czech Republic and abroad dealing with the valuation of interest rate derivatives, capital market products (bonds), structured products and credit derivatives. He speaks English and German.
