Rules for using ARAD data ​

The ARAD time series system is part of the Czech National Bank website and is subject to the general terms of use of the CNB website.

The following rules explain how data may be used and which restrictions apply.

What is permitted ​

You may:

  • download data and use it in your own analyses and outputs,
  • share data, including your own analyses or visualisations,
  • cite ARAD as the source,
  • modify data, for example through recalculations or transformations, provided you explicitly state the changes,
  • download data and metadata through the web interface or automatically via ARAD-REST-API.

What is not permitted ​

You may not:

  • present ARAD data or services as your own product,
  • remove logos or source information from ARAD outputs,
  • scrape the ARAD web application,
  • overload the REST API with excessive requests or disproportionately large downloads.

Excessive load may result in your account being temporarily locked.
