Responsible for

preparing and regularly updating resolution plans on a solo or group basis
requesting necessary information for preparing resolution plans
participating in resolution colleges
stipulating the eligible liabilities indicator (MREL)
stipulating and collecting contributions to the Resolution Fund
carrying out activities relating to the resolution of crisis situations in relevant financial market entities separately from the performance of supervision
working with European resolution authorities and other relevant entities in resolution-related matters
coordinating cooperation between the CNB and the Ministry of Finance on the resolution of relevant financial market entities
deciding on the use of appropriate resolution instruments and procedures
issuing decisions in resolution-related administrative proceedings conducted against financial market entities, and issuing provisions of a general nature
