Collective investment

The collective investment regulations cover the activities of management companies and domestic and foreign collective investment funds, as well as banks that act as depositories for them. Where a management company provides the service of asset (portfolio) management for an individual client or investment advise, it is also a subject to the regulations for investment firms.

Further practical information, for example regarding licensing and approval proceedings and the information duty to the CNB, is available on separate pages.
