The Czech National Bank has today published on its website two ECB regulations regarding the monetary and financial statistics. These are:

• The new Regulation of the European Central Bank (EC) No 24/2009 (pdf, 144 kB) of 19 December 2008 concerning statistics on the assets and liabilities of financial vehicle corporations engaged in securitisation transactions (ECB/2008/30).
• The amended version of Regulation of the European Central bank (EC) No 25/2009 (pdf, 261 kB) of 19 December 2008 concerning the balance sheet of the monetary financial institutions sector (ECB/2008/32).

These regulations will be incorporated into the Czech legislation.
