Memorandum of Understanding between Commission Bancaire et Financière, Belgium and the Czech National Bank

On 7 April 2003, the Czech National Bank and Commission Bancaire et Financière, Belgium signed a Memorandum of Understanding on co-operation in the field of banking supervision on a consolidated basis. This document enables the two supervisory authorities to share information on the banks operating in their respective countries for the purposes of performing banking supervision.
