Change in rates: 2W repo rate 5.25%, discount rate 4.25%, Lombard rate 6.25%

At its meeting today the CNB Bank Board decided to raise the limit repo rate by 0.25 percentage points to 5.25%, the discount rate to 4.25% and the Lombard rate to 6.25%. The new rates come into effect on 27 July 2001.
