I would like to confirm my candidature for the post of EBRD Vice President. It should be added that I am not the only candidate. The EBRD is a major international financial institution specialized in Central and Eastern Europe and the C.I.S. Should my candidature for this senior position be successful I would view it as a natural continuation of my efforts to support the transition of the countries of the region to market economies.
