At the general meeting of Česká finanční, s.r.o. held on 14 October 1998 it was decided to increase its initial capital by CZK 13.333 bn. This increase should strengthen Česká finanční's capital with regard to its growing total assets. The initial capital will be paid up by 31 October 1998.
