3. Protective fibres; the 1993 and 1996 versions do not have protective fibres
4. Front-to-back register in the form of letters "ČR", part visible on the reverse side; the whole register is visible against the light; the 1993 and 1996 versions have a front-to-back register in the form of letters "CS"
