1. Localised stepped watermark - portrait of Jan Amos Comenius; on the 1993 and 1996 versions the watermark is less pronounced, with less gradation between the darkest and lightest parts
2. Windowed thread with "200 Kč" microtext; some banknotes of the 1993 version have a narrower windowed thread with "200 Kčs" microtext
3. Protective fibres; the 1993 and 1996 versions do not have protective fibres
4. Front-to-back register in the form of letters "ČR", part visible on the face side; the whole register is visible against the light; the 1993 and 1996 versions have a front-to-back register in the form of letters "CS"
5. Latent image "200"
8. Microtext; different microtext in the contours of the city of Naarden on the 1993 version
