in circulation since 1 April 2008, printed by STC Praha

  • the banknote is 164 x 74 mm wide with tolerance ±1.5 mm; the coupon is 45 mm wide
  • the blind code is in the top right corner and consists of two horizontal stripes 8 mm long, one below the other
  • printing techniques: the portrait, texts, blind code, denomination on the coupon, strings of the lyre – intaglio printing; other – offset printing

1996 version (specimen)

  • in circulation since 6 December 1996, printed by STC Praha – the motif, parameters, colour and design are the same. The same printing techniques are used as for the 1993 version of the same banknote.

  • in circulation from 12 May 1993 until 30 June 2001. Exchangeable until 30 June 2004 at all banks providing cash services and from 1 July 2004 until further notice at CNB branches
  • printed by STC Praha; the motif, parameters, colour and design are the same; this version is marked with the number “1993”; for changes in protective elements, see face side – elements
