International relations, technical assistance
This section summarises the Czech Republic’s process of integration into European structures, paying particular regard to the CNB’s integration into the European System of Central Banks (ESCB). It provides information about the European Central Bank and about the single European currency, the euro, including the key documents relating to euro adoption in the Czech Republic, namely The Czech Republic’s Updated Euro-area Accession Strategy and The National Euro Changeover Plan for the Czech Republic. The other subsections contain, for example, documents relating to the Czech Republic’s membership of the International Monetary Fund and the ratings of individual countries by rating agencies. Information on the foreign technical assistance programmes provided to certain central banks by the CNB is also available here in English.
